一、防(fáng)止回(huí)流
I. Preventing reflux
如果不(bú)使用單向閥或者單向閥有故障時,水泵停止時在水井豎管中的水就(jiù)會產生回流。這種回流會(huì)反向推動轉子,同時在潛水(shuǐ)電機(jī)止推軸承上(shàng)保持(chí)微小的推力,直到轉子停止轉動,這會導致電機止推軸承過多(duō)磨損,降低電機使用壽命。
If the one-way valve is not used or if the one-way valve fails, the water in the shaft pipe will return when the pump stops. This kind of recirculation will push the rotor backwards, while maintaining a small thrust on the thrust bearing of the submersible motor until the rotor stops rotating, which will lead to excessive wear and tear of the thrust bearing of the motor and reduce the service life of the motor.

二、防止上止推(tuī)力的產生
2. Preventing the generation of upper stop thrust
如果不使用單向閥或者(zhě)單向閥泄露,每次水泵的啟動都沒有水壓頭。許多水泵在低壓頭情況下(xià)竭盡全力(lì)的向(xiàng)上推動(dòng)葉輪會向上拉動轉子。重複這種上推力會導致水泵電機故障,除非水泵的結構能夠防止轉軸的移動。
If no one-way valve or one-way valve is used to leak, there is no water head for each pump start-up. Many pumps try their best to push the impeller upward under the condition of low pressure head, which will pull the rotor upward. Repetition of this upward thrust will cause pump motor failure unless the pump structure prevents the rotation shaft from moving.

如果未使用單向(xiàng)閥,水泵停止(zhǐ)時水柱的(de)重力作用會(huì)形成(chéng)水擊。這種水擊會通過輸送管擊裂管道,破壞葉輪(lún),對電機和水泵的止推軸承造成損傷。
If the one-way valve is not used, the gravity of the water column will cause water hammer when the pump stops. This kind of water hammer will crack the pipeline through the conveyor pipe, destroy the impeller, and cause damage to the thrust bearing of the motor and pump.
